At Sea Moss Lands, we believe in delivering the best quality products to our customers. But we understand that there might be situations when you may want to return your order. As our products are perishable in nature, our return policy is as follows:

Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged upon arrival. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if this is the case. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon reception of the returned goods, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to Sea Moss Lands due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, if the customer was not home for delivery, or if the customer didn’t collect the package at the pickup point within the allowed pickup time and is finally shipped back to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. A new shipping charge will be applied for re-shipping of the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping Claims:
If a product arrives damaged, please lodge your claim within 48 hours of receipt. You will need to send a picture of the damaged product to our Customer Service Team for review. We will guide you through the steps for lodging a claim.

Non-returnable items:
Sea Moss Gels, being perishable goods made to order, are one of some types of items that cannot be returned due to public and food safety regulations, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
