Welcome to Sea Moss Lands! We specialise in the distribution of high-quality, freshly made Sea Moss Gels. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures, so please review it carefully.

1 Delivery Process
Our delivery process includes a handling or production time, in addition to the transit time. Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time.

2️ Delivery Timeframes
The standard transit time for orders is estimated at 1-4 business days. Delivery times can vary based on the destination country and local carrier processing.

3️ Handling Time
All the products undergo a production process, so there will be a handling time of 5 business days from Monday to Friday.

4️ Shipping Providers
We only use Express carriers for our deliveries to ensure a fast and efficient delivery.

5️ Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the time of checkout upon registering the address of delivery.

6️ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Due to the perishable nature of our products, it’s vital that we receive the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer can choose to have the order resent by paying a new delivery fee but cannot be refunded. This fee also applies to orders that are returned due to the recipient not being available for delivery. Please also check our refund policy.

7️ Packaging
Our Sea Moss Gels are securely packaged to maintain their freshness during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

8️ International Shipping
We offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Please note that there won’t be any customs duties and taxes that may apply for European countries.

9️ Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number via e-mail. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

10 Disclaimer
As our products are freshly made to order and contain NO preservatives, it is crucial that the items are received within the FIRST attempted delivery. After the FIRST delivery attempt has been made by the courier, we take no responsibility for the condition of the item received and would be unable to provide a full refund or replacement. If any items are returned to our facility that have been deemed undeliverable, we will not offer a refund nor replacement item.
